Security FAQ

  • Cards are issued by a licensed card-issuing partner. Your balance is visible in your dashboard at all times, and every card can be frozen instantly.

  • A card that supports 3-D Secure, an extra check where the cardholder confirms an online payment with a one-time code. With us, the code appears in your dashboard.

  • The merchant asked for 3-D Secure but the card couldn't complete it. Retry and enter the code from your dashboard; if it persists, contact support.

  • Freeze the card immediately in the dashboard, then issue a new one. The old card can't be used while frozen.
